Firstly, thanks to everyone that came along to the show in Barnoldswick. What a night that was!  Songs, stories, and excellent company.  I can safely say we all had a good time. Tell me if I’m wrong…

In addition to that I’ve spent three very productive days in Wigan recording songs with John Kettle for a follow on to FAR ROCKAWAY. It’s been an enjoyable and productive time. I’m amazed and delighted that this unplanned album is underway …didn’t expect to start recording it so soon …but, right now, with world events, it just feels right.

I’m back in my digs now listening to the rough mix of the first song …and I’ve listened to it repeatedly. I cannot say how happy I am …but maybe, in the morning, I’ll change my mind!!! Who knows?

We’ve got another gig coming up tomorrow in THORNTON HOUGH Village Club. Join us if you fancy it. Only 17 tickets left.
